The ASRC, asrc.org.au, relies heavily on the kindness of the public—90 per cent of its funding comes from community donations and philanthropy. Not everyone can donate regularly or commit to becoming an ASRC volunteer, but here’s your chance to combine a great night of music with a worthy cause.
Since 2001, ASRC has assisted over 10,000 asylum-seekers and provided over 2.5 million hours of free assistance worth over $200 million, all without Federal Government funding.
